I had a decent stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the small size of the bathroom and the lack of hot water during my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced my experience. However, the inconsistent water supply is definitely an area that needs improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to the Marmara Market and shops. The rooms were spacious but had some issues with heating and hot water, which was quite disappointing. On the positive side, I found the staff to be outstanding – they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it had its perks, but the maintenance and water issues need attention.

While the service staff was friendly and accommodating, my experience with the hot water was quite disappointing as I faced several issues during my stay.
